Which is the best case for your shiny new iPad Air?

The moment you get an iPad Air you realise that this amazing bit of kit needs some protection.
I had to get a case for our shiny new iPad Air and so made some for StrangeStore on Zazzle, using my popular Steampunk Gears design. A good contrast to all that glossy metal and aluminium.

So I ordered one making good use of a great Zazzle Discount Code and 7 days later this case arrived here in the UK from California. It's great! I'm really pleased with the case.

Here's my review... 

Your iPad air fits really snugly into the soft plastic shell that holds the iPad securely in place. You can get to the switches and volume control and the iPad seems really secure and well protected.

 The cover of the Powis Case folds over to protect the screen and is held securely with a broad elastic strap, ala classic Moleskine notebooks and sketchbooks.

 Easy access and protection for the sockets and switches.

 There's obviously a cutout for the camera lens and the thickness of the case offers some protection against scratches.

 The cover folds back on itself to easily support the iPad Air in the Vertical or Horizontal position. Note the rubber strips, which stop the case from slipping when being used in landscape mode. Feels good in the hand, it's warmer than the iPad, which is fine by me. It feels pleasingly solid and I reckon this is going to help to protect the device from the ravages of the Stickland household. I feel far less nervous about letting 4yr old Tabitha use the iPad now!
